Elvet Recruitment are recruiting for a Senior Administrator to work for a company based in Bishop Auckland.
This is a full-time and permanent position.
Role:
- Oversee the administrative functions of the office, including but not limited to: scheduling, correspondence, record-keeping and office supplies management
- Coordinate and prioritise tasks to ensure deadlines are met
- Prepare and distribute operating and maintenance manuals, home owner manuals, presentations and other documents as needed
- Provide administrative support to office and site teams
- Work in line with office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
Background:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- NVQ Level 3 equivalent or above in Business Administration, Customer Service or similar
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Previous experience in the construction sector or a related field (desirable)
- Experience in supervision and training others (desirable)
- Able to work full time on site (non negotiable)
