Elvet Recruitment have been appointed to recruit for a Commercial Administrator to join a Construction business in the Durham area.
This is a newly created position due to the expansion of the business.
Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 – 5.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining and processing timesheets
- Handling subcontractor payments and queries
- Setting up contracts
- Setting up folders
- Subcontract administration
- Maintaining accurate subcontractor/supplier/plant databases.
- Collaborate with various departments
- Maintain departmental calendar
- Assist in subcontractor and material tendering processes.
- Coordinate subcontractor agreements and certifications.
This role can offer hybrid and flexible working for the right candidate.
Salary £25,000 - £28,000 plus a range of company benefits.
