Elvet Recruitment have been appointed to recruit for a Sales Progressor to join an estate agency based in Newcastle.
Our client is a reputable and high performing estate agent and they are a forward-thinking company with a strong sales division. They offer flexible hybrid working and will consider applications from candidates seeking a full time or part time role.
As a Sales Progressor, you will be responsible for the transition of property sales from offer acceptance to completion. You will be responsible for liaising with various parties involved in the sale process, ensuring timely communication and efficient resolution of any issues that may arise.
Background:
• Experience in a similar role within the real estate and property industry is highly desirable. However, transferable customer service skills from another industry will also be considered for someone looking to move careers into an estate agency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
• A proactive and solution-focused approach to problem-solving
• A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Salary: £negotiable DOE
Hours: If full time, Monday to Friday 8:45 - 5:30 - No Weekends or Bank Holidays
