Job Description
Elvet Recruitment are working with a successful and trusted Commercial Building Contractor to assist them finding a Site Manager to assist with their £75m project.
With a stable clientele, this company’s growth is consistently accelerating through the strong pipeline of projects as well as their successes of recent projects completed.
Main duties will include:
- Ensuring the quality of work is completed to the highest of standards following the job specification, managing and reporting any issues or setbacks
- Oversea and manage labourers and subcontractors on site
- Conducting safety checks on site
- Progress reports and meetings with senior management and clients.
- Ordering materials for site and managing supply chain.
- Daily site diaries & briefings.
To be considered, applicants must have:
- Ability to maintain Health & Safety standards
- Experience of working within a Site Manager role or similar
- Be able to motivate and manage a successful site team.
- Hold a CSCS Site Manager card and a relevant qualification in Construction or CIOB membership
