Elvet Recruitment are recruiting for a Planner on behalf of a successful building main contractor.

This reputable main contractor is expanding and currently seeking a skilled and passionate Planner, of all levels, with strong ambition and  technical expertise to join their successful team. Duties:

• Starting from inception stage and taking the project through all stages such as investigation, bid, outline design, detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover
• Monitoring the progress of the project ensuring targets are being met and remaining on track
• Overseeing the production of detailed programs that include timelines for drawings, tender documents, specifications etc.
• Reviewing schedules and cost estimates to ensure accuracy and effective planning
• Preparing Tender programmes

Preferred:

• Experience working as an Assistant Planner/ Planner
• Experience working on Commercial projects- education sector is preferred
• Experience with Asta is preferred but not essential
