As a Sales Advisor, you’ll play a key role in helping customers through every step of their homebuying journey, from first enquiry to completion, ensuring an outstanding experience throughout.

Main duties will include:

• Greet and engage potential buyers while providing knowledgeable guidance on available homes and lifestyle options.
• Lead both in-person and virtual tours, highlighting the quality and craftsmanship of each development.
• Oversee the entire sales journey to ensure a seamless and efficient experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pricing, promotional incentives, and property specifications to support informed client decisions.
• Work closely with marketing and project teams to help promote new releases and special offers.

Skills and experience:

• Demonstrated background in new-build home sales, property roles, or estate agency work.
• Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Clear, confident communication and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to adapt proactively to changing situations.

Role Details:

• Up to £40,000 OTE
• 35 hours, Thursday - Monday 10am - 5pm
• 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Performance-based bonus scheme

What You'll Be Doing:

• Taking ownership of the development, ensuring exceptional presentation standards and customer experience at all times
• Managing the entire customer journey from initial enquiry through to completion and aftercare
• Acting as the main point of contact for purchasers and all relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Promoting company-recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors to support customers through the buying process and achieve purchasing deadlines
• Proactively generating and following up sales leads to maximise conversion rates and achieve agreed sales targets
• Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and price benchmarking to support sales performance
• Supporting marketing initiatives including advertising campaigns, events, incentives, and promotional activities
• Arranging and attending customer appointments and site visits
• Carrying out home demonstrations and customer handovers, ensuring purchasers are fully familiarised with their new property
• Maintaining regular contact with customers following completion to ensure satisfaction and provide aftercare support
• Completing all sales administration, reporting, and documentation accurately and within agreed timescales
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures, sales standards, and health & safety requirements
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver business objectives

What We're Looking For:

• Previous sales experience within the new homes or housing industry
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
• Strong self-management skills with the ability to work independently and proactively
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Commercial awareness and a customer-focused approach
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good IT and computer literacy skills
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
• Flexible approach to working weekends and bank holidays as required

• Preparing staffing rotas and ensuring effective sales coverage across all developments
• Ensuring compliance with sales procedures, systems, and company processes
• Managing underperformance and implementing improvement plans where required
• Monitoring CRM activity and sales performance metrics, driving continuous improvement across the team
• Supporting the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns for current and future developments
• Working closely with senior management to maximise sales opportunities and support business objectives
• Managing new development launches, including full sales office and site setup
• Coordinating sales releases and pricing strategies alongside senior leadership
• Collating and interpreting market research, competitor activity, and local housing market trends to support sales strategy
• Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal departments, suppliers, contractors, and external stakeholders
• Ensuring high standards of health and safety are maintained for customers, employees, and visitors across all developments
• Providing regular reporting and sales updates to senior management

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience within a Sales Manager role in the new homes, housebuilding, or property sector
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the housing market
• Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across several developments
• Proactive, driven, and customer-focused approach
• Full UK Driving Licence
