• Maintaining accurate records of project documents, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and safety regulations
• Liasing between site staff, contractors, subcontractors, and clients
• Assisting with the development and maintenance of project timelines and schedules.

• Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other relevant standards.
• Handling inquiries from suppliers, processing invoices, and managing procurement

• Setting up, obtaining approvals, and processing new Sub-Contractors.
• Managing contingent worker process.
• Maintain and update Supply Chain documentation.
• Managing weekly staff diaries as required.
• General site office duties.

Key Responsibilities
•     Prepare budgets and forecasts for allocated housing projects
•     Produce valuations and cost-to-complete reports on a quarterly basis
•     Manage subcontractor accounts, payments, and final settlements with full sign-off
•     Issue subcontract orders in line with company procedures and compliance standards
•     Conduct site measurements and verify contractor claims
•     Attend and contribute to project meetings with site teams and external partners
•     Monitor subcontractor performance and uphold trade specifications
•     Price variations and customer extras, liaising with site and commercial teams

About You
We’re seeking a commercially astute and detail-driven professional with:
•     Proven experience in quantity surveying within residential contracting
•     Strong analytical and numerical skills
•     Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of COINS ERP is advantageous
•     Familiarity with Xpedeon and Viewpoint/4Projects is beneficial
•     Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
•     Ability to manage workload independently while supporting wider team objectives
