Job Description

Elvet Recruitment are recruiting for a Customer Care Advisor to work for a house builder company based in Newcastle.

 

This is a full-time and permanent position.


Role: 

  • Manage and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
  • Monitor and track outstanding works and prioritise appropriately
  • Ensure that all customer contacts are recorded and monitored
  • Arrange remedial works in conjunction with the field based team
  • Notify new appointments and work required to appropriate colleagues and contractors

 

Background:

  • High standard of telephone and written communication
  • Good working knowledge of IT systems, including MS Office
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Experience of working in a customer service environment
  • Experience of interpreting and analysing data
