Elvet Recruitment is working with a leader within the renewable energy supply market looking for a Bid Manager to join their team in the county of Durham area.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Bid Writing
• Bid reviews
• Overall responsibility for the quality of bid submissions
• Conduct interviews with key members of staff for each bid and external stakeholders where necessary
• Mentor and manage bid writers
• Managing formatting of documentation for inclusion in bids using: Excel, Word (Headers & Footers), Powerpoint, Adobe
• Maintenance of Contract Database
• Management of the password/portal spreadsheet

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience within public sector procurement (Social housing, local Authority, capital works) 
• Knowledge on social value and how to get economically score well
• Knowledge on frameworks and how they work
