Elvet Recruitment are proud to be working on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded estate agency in the North East, currently seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a senior position with clear potential to progress into a management role—perfect for someone with strong estate agency experience and a passion for delivering results.
Our client specialises in the sale and letting of high-value properties, including homes, cottages, and rural estates. Due to continued success, they are expanding and looking for a driven individual to play a key role in their ongoing growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day branch operations and ensure a high-quality client experience

Manage and grow a portfolio of residential properties, from instruction to completion

Conduct market appraisals and generate new business opportunities

Support the sales pipeline through effective lead generation, negotiation, and deal progression

Build lasting relationships with buyers, sellers, and internal teams

Mentor junior team members and support their development
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in estate agency, ideally with some leadership or management exposure

NAEA qualification (or willingness to complete within 6 months)

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Proactive, well-organised, and confident in decision-making

Comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Strong local market knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for property
Role details:
- Working hours :Monday to Thursday 9–5:30, Friday 9–5, and Saturday 9–1 (with a half day off in lieu).
- Salary- £26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
- Drivers license and access to own vehicle is essential
