As the business continues to grow, they are looking to appoint an experienced Sales Executive to join their well-established and professional team. The existing sales and site staff all bring with them years of experience within the new build sector, so this opportunity is ideal for someone who is confident in their abilities and ready to contribute at the same high standard.
The Role:
The successful candidate will take ownership of the full customer journey across a range of upcoming developments. Working closely with a hands-on team, they will be involved in every aspect of the sales process—from initial enquiry to completion—helping to ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full sales process from enquiry to completion

Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, solicitors, and agents

Ensure show homes and marketing suites are always presented to the highest standards

Collaborate daily with experienced colleagues in sales, site management, and construction

Provide insights and feedback to support ongoing business growth
Candidate Requirements:

Significant experience in new build residential sales is essential

Previous Senior Sales Executive experience is desirable, or a strong desire to step into a senior-level role

A professional, collaborative approach and strong communication skills
