What You’ll Be Doing:

• Working with the IT department to drive marketing ideas
• Complete videos for social media
  
• Support & manage marketing events to drive the team
• Engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a positive online community. 
• Promoting the brand and its values through social media channels. 
• Keeping abreast of the latest social media trends and best practices
• Working with other teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a consistent brand experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to interact effectively with audiences and understand brand messaging. 
• Proficiency in creating engaging and relevant content for various platforms
• A strong understanding of different social media platforms, their best practices, and how to optimize content for each.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and stay organized.
• Ability to respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ability to work effectively with other departments and team members
