About the Role

You’ll be involved in the commercial delivery of high-quality residential projects, typically overseeing two live sites. This gives you the platform to move beyond assisting and into leading, with exposure to every stage of the commercial cycle.

• An experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor ready to step up into a full QS role.
• An Assistant QS seeking a structured pathway, with mentorship and a transparent plan for progression.

About You

We’re looking for an ambitious, sector-fluent professional who brings:

• Experience in residential construction, ideally within housing projects.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with COINS ERP or similar systems is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage workload independently while contributing to wider team goals.
• A genuine drive to progress, take responsibility, and build trusted relationships.
