Comfortable management systems in place & a structured organisation with large management team - meaning your job as Site Manager is made as smooth as possible.

Future packages will cover roads & sewers, plotworks & groundworks packages to new-build residential sites mainly with some commercial. Package values are up to £10m. Based out of a central office in West Yorkshire with ongoing works currently in Bradford, Leeds, Wakefield and surrounding areas.

Duties:

• Daily running of site - as PC for site setup then as sub-contractor to housing developer.
• Ordering materials & managing supply chain.
• Writing RAMS & site documentation.
• Daily site diaries.
• Planning work - 2,3 and 4 week look-aheads.
• Monitoring progress against KPI's to achieve site deadlines.
• Liaison with local authorities and developers.

Experience Required:

With a further workload secured & growing until 2030 from AMP8 Severn Trent Water - Capital Delivery. Having just delivered a successful AMP7 from 2020-2025, there's every reason that the workload could carry on well past the 5 year mark.

Projects: large Waste Water Treatment Works upgrades. Values £10m-£150m.
Chemical dosing systems, pumping stations, large above/below ground pipework, sludge tanks, anaerobic digester's, bio-filters, storm tanks etc. (All work in a water treatment / sewage treatment works setting covering full civils & MEICA packages).

Duties/Responsibilities as General Foreman:

• Manage the whole Temporary Works process including: identification, design, and implementation.
• Work with Temporary Works Design team and Project delivery teams to ensure strong compliance.
