What You’ll Be Doing:
- Guide and support staff, ensuring they are motivated, trained, and capable of providing excellent service.
- Involved in the sales and lettings processes, working with clients and prospects to find suitable properties and negotiate deals.
- Providing a high level of customer service to ensure client satisfaction and build a positive reputation.
- Driving business growth, attracting new clients, and increasing market share.
- Monitor and report on the financial performance of their branch, ensuring it meets targets.
- Responsible forstaff, training, and performance management of the branch.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous sales & letting experience
